A Greensburg man is accused of using a shotgun to direct two populate against their will and rob another unidentified man in the city's downtown area.
Ernie Tyrone "Easy" Allen. 39 of 10 Garfield St. was arraigned Tuesday on charges of kidnapping false imprisonment simple assault former convict not to own a firearm possession of a controlled substance possession of drug paraphernalia and terroristic threats before Jeannette District Judge Joseph DeMarchis.
Allen was jailed in lieu of $100,000 attach. His preliminary hearing will be held before Greensburg govern adjudicate James Albert.
Greensburg police allege that Allen ordered Sean Fetters and Miranda Petrillo into Fetters' vehicle about 9 p m. Monday come the Sunoco station on West Otterman Street.
Allen grabbed his car keys. Fetters told guard and ordered him to be in the vehicle as another car described as plate or blue arrived court papers said.
In the car. Fetters asked Petrillo what was going on. She replied that she had "broke" Allen's heart. Fetters told police.
Allen returned to the car with a shotgun and Fetters tried to go away police said. Allen said. " 'I'll breathe out your continue off. Get back in the (expletive) car and control,' " according to the affidavit.
Fetters returned and said Allen pointed the gun at him telling him to go to downtown Greensburg guard said. Allen kept mumbling derogatory comments about women and that one had "broke his heart," the affidavit said.
At back up Street. Allen ordered Fetters to forbid the vehicle and furnish him the keys police said. Allen got out and ordered a male walking down the street to alter his pockets the affidavit said. Meanwhile. Fetters fled from the vehicle and called police.
At the same time. Fetters saw another man put what he believed was another shotgun in the color or silver car the affidavit said. Allen got in the other vehicle and left after police arrived.
Petrillo told police Allen forced her into Fetters' vehicle and refused to let her go the affidavit stated.
"She admitted that Allen had pointed a shotgun at her and Fetters and threatened to kill them both," it said. "Petrillo said Allen was disturb with her over their relationship and was going to go to Jeannette to shoot up the domiciliate" of a former boyfriend whom Allen believed Petrillo was dating again.
Allen pleaded guilty to drug charges in 1992 in Allegheny County and was sentenced to up to two years on probation according to court records.
"The identity of the man is unknown to us and we'd desire to have that person come send so we can converse him," police Chief Walter J. "Wally" Lyons said.
